Doctor Rabuszko and the locum doctor I've seen so far are is great, receptionists can be lovely. However, the one I spoke to this morning was very rude and cut me off immediately with a question everytime I tried to speak. Understand they're busy but wasn't expecting robotic, and sickly sweet fake tone from this one, probably in case others were listening. Reminded me of a bad one at my old surgery.

I recognose this is likely a symptom of under funding, but it is almost impossible to access health services. Appointments are for the day only and are a hunger games type competiton to connect from 0830-0900 only (no online service), while hundreds of others try the same. If they mess up your repeat (they did with me) you have to physically attend the surgery to sort it out - the prescription line is open 1430-1630 for housebound patients only. There is no follow up from doctors apart from you making another appointment and the doctor mixed me up with someone else last time. They need more money and i know they are trying to do their best but they could make it easier to contact them, at least.

Waste of time calling up. After calling up the drs around 7:30am i waited for someone to pick up and answer eventually someone did, after explaining what was wrong with me and why i wanted an appointment to get checked out this guy told me to wait for a phone call back so 3hrs later around 10am i got a call and the guy said we'll call you back shortly..right..so 2hrs later around 12pm this lady called and she asked what was wrong so i told her and after explaining she was rude and being very bossy like as if i were being told off for having my problems before she hung up the call she basically told me that she couldn't help and told me " good luck" with your problems.

Used to be good even post COVID now frighteningly bad. For 2 days in a row at 08:30 for hr phone on repeat dial to be told no phone appts . Can't go directly to the surgery now. Almost accepted by the staff. 2stars cause it is probably one of the busiest surgeries. But the epitome of how bad the NHS is
