Friendly and helpful staff, good parking facilities. However, they sent out a confirmation text and email on Monday saying the order was ready to collect it's now Wednesday and the order was not there. A van had hit the back door! When asked why no one had let me know, I got a shrug of the shoulders. I asked to complain to a regional manager and was given the number of the robot at customer service. Don't bother. It's on a loop then it hangs up. Not the team's fault, but perhaps more training is required, especially if the customer has difficulty walking due to an accident and has made an effort to get there. Maybe start with Sorry, let me help younot Obviously, this has never happened before again it's a training issue. An update finally they were unable to fulfil the order and cancelled it.

Neither this one or the one in Sainsbury's have basic, basic things in stock (Ethernet cables) off to Amazon then lol

I ordered a radio cassette dvd player yesterday and today collected it. Victoria and Toby were very helpful and polite, they gave me great customer service. Thank you.
