Eastbourne Gentle Dental

I am an extremely nervous patient, and my dentist Pujan is fantastic. He immediately puts me at ease and the great relationship he has with his dental nurse makes the whole dentist experience a calm, pain free and reassuring experience. Pujan takes his time, with treatment being done at my pace, and is extremely gentle. Will continue coming back to Eastbourne Gentle Dental.

Went in for a first-time check up, best first impression I have had from a dentist. Calm, kind, efficient and informative. I saw Dr.Soni who was brilliant.

Worst customer service. I paid 100 for my partner and I to have a check up. Theyve cancelled on us three times now and they never answer their phones so its impossible to rebook. What is going on!

Mina is my dentist and today I feel like he has cured my phobia of the dentist. I was terrified of them since childhood because of a filling I had once that I felt the whole thing, and when I told them I could still feel it they told me I was being dramatic, and carried on. Mina talked me through every single thing today and I had 3 fillings and a crown. I didn't cry once for the first time in my life and I also didn't feel a thing. Mina checked in with me the whole way through and told me I could stop any time, and made sure the anaesthetic was working before he started to work on my teeth. I actually left the dentist happy and couldn't believe how easy it was. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at the practice. I also had a hygienist appointment which was great, can't fault anything. Worth the money. 26 years I've been so scared of dentists and after today it's all gone. Thank you so much, you have a client for life.
