Just joined this dentist and have to say that even after they had to cancel my second appointment. as these things happen I have nothing to complain about all staff are very friendly and helpful.

My kids are with this dentist since they started their school. Since Covid my kids never had a check up. Every time I called they didnt had appointments available I gave up on them but finally few months back they called to say my kids are overdue for their check up. I was pleased to hear from them but the day before I got a call to say appointment has to postpone as doc got some emergency so they rescheduled it to follow day. I was ok with it. Next day we reached to our appointment but it was closed no one informed us or no. Information what happened. Then later we came to know there was an emergency at the clinic. So they couldnt see any one. After few days I called them to re book ,so in a month time I managed to booked the appointment but just 4 days before the appointment they called again to cancel it once AGAIN . Yeah you heard it right. Now Im fed up with this clinic. With my experience they dont deserve any star rating. Very disappointed.

Turned up for my daughters first appointment today. Thought it was great that Id managed to get her registered with ease and was offered a quick appointment (same day but chose one a few days later). Firstly the practice isnt wheelchair/pram friendly which made it difficult to get through the front door as its down a steep set of stairs. We sat in the waiting room and watched several other families who arrived after us.. be seen before us. My partner went outside with our child as she was bored and irritable and upon returning he was told that we were next to be seen. Yet 2 separate families went in after we were told that. 30 minutes passed and I ended up cancelling our appointment as we had other plans to get too. All I was told was Im not sure why they havent called you yet. Not good for a first experience and now looking for a new dentist for my daughter.
