Good points- when you attend everything is lovely. Clean areas, nice building, kind and calm dentists. Bad points - IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. Called 50-100+ times over the course of 6+ weeks and no awnser. Several voicemails went unresponded to. Created mutiple "contact me" web forms with no joy. Sent 2 emails, the second of which was quite forceful in stating how cross i was that i could not speak to anyone and no one ever bothered to call back or acknowledge my contact. In the end i had to go into the dentists and speak to reception to book. My son currently has just cracked a tooth and we are going through the whole calling 300 times business all over again. I'd hate to think about an emergency situation. Another bad point which isn't really their fault - expensive parking nearby.

Don't care about there patients. Would rather leave someone in pain than actually do there job.

I am a nervous patient and was worried about my treatment but Adam and Hannah took really good care of me, they were patient and kind and really made the whole experience painless. Really good dentists with excellent patient care couldnt recommend them highly enough.

This is the state of uk dentisry change your name because youve given poor service. They all take the piss and practices take money off the nhs and over charge for cosmetic private dentisry the whole system is corrupt to the core and is a shambles this aint about peoples dental health its about money its high time this whole industry needs a massive shake up. ITS CORRUPT TO THE CORE WITH PEOPLE AT THE TOP AT UK DENTISYRY . i swear to god if i was a politicical person i would go to war with all of you
