Charges are ridiculously high!

I have been with this surgery for several years and my surgeon was Allan Dixon. I have a dental phobia and Allan has always put me at ease every time I have visited the surgery. I had an appointment booked for the end of December 2021, but cancelled it due to the rising cases of omicron, and didnt want risk my family and I being ill for Christmas. I have been trying to rebook since April this year but was told by the reception team that they would need to speak to Allan, and then it was excuse after excuse every time I chased for a reply to my emails. I phoned the surgery today to find out what was going on, and was advised they no longer wanted me as a patient because of the cancelled appointment, why did they not tell me this back in April, rather than keep saying they will speak to Allan and get back to me.

I recently visited Mr Dixon for some anti aging treatment as he was highly recommended to me by my sister. My whole experience was fabulous, Mr Dixon and his nurse made me feel at ease, he took the time to listen and discuss which treatment would be best suited for me, I am over the moon with the results and I will definitely return.
