Can't contact them without an on line account so it's highly discriminatory and if you get through on the phone the person who answers ends the call as soon as you have explained the problem

Trying to make a noise complaint as this is my last straw, I have completed complaint forms but cannot upload them as they are aware there is a problem with the online forms but do not offer an alternative method to complain. I have tried calling but keep getting cut off and no email address to email them either. Useless.

Alison Fisher, who is put in a position to deal with ordinary public's enquiry with such aggressive and rude attitude where you are almost forbidden to raise a query. The Epitome of a council worker paid to do a job simply to humiliate, belittle and use her aggression to end a call. Code of conduct is not worth the paper it's written on for Eastbourne Council.

Website is appalling. Must have tried 30 times to renew garden waste. Most of the time can't even log in. Can't even access a phone number to ring and review. This is appalling for any access to services within a town

Absolutely appalling have moved out of eastbourne after growing up there and won't move back after dealing with the council creating debts both against and in my favour over and over for 3 years and repeatedly threatening legal action for debts that didn't exist.
