T R Convenience Store

DO NOT under ANY circumstances have a parcel delivered here for collection. They refused to accept my delivery from Germany meaning trying to deal with a very difficult DHL to intercept the package. Foolishly did not read reviews before selecting this place.Am awaiting a call back from DHL to direct them to these reviews and insist they no longer make use of this shop.

Ordered something with collect+ to pick up at this store, it was next day delivery and something I needed urgently. I turned up at 2.30pm to see a sign stuck on the door saying closed at 2 today. Really annoying as I would now have to go into town again the next day... Turn up at 9.30am the next day and the shop STILL closed with the same sign on the door!!! So what happens to people who have items they have ordered and need to collect them?!? why have a CollectPlus service in your store if you're not going to be open for people to actually collect their orders?! So two wasted trips into town now for nothing!! I might as well have ordered it to be delivered to my home, and waited an extra day but at least I'd have my order now & wouldn't have wasted my time going into town so many times as I now have to try again tomorrow!!! Chose collect+ cos I needed it the next day! What an absolute joke

Ordered a parcel online and I got the confirmation that it had been delivered. Went to collect a couple of days later and the store is closed and still appears to be as I've been calling with no answer!!! So I don't know what to do about my parcels. Defo won't be ordering to their store again!!

Rude terrible service. We ordered SG there, as a Store collection point. He closed 2 PM.... Other day a was waiting 1.5 hours in front of shop. The owner (?) was so rude. Never use this shop.
