        Received my order this morning, loads of information and I love that they also have a YouTube channel too I cant wait for my milk kefir journey. Edit 6days after order arrived. Everything is going swimmingly, and the grains have settled enough that Ive had my first drink, taste very different from the shop bought drinks but Ive no issues with flavour. I cant wait to have enough to start making bread.

        My order arrived with a broken jar. These things do happen yet the packaging was not on a par with what I would expect for glassware. I sent them an email with photo evidence but it turns out they are too busy to look at emails. You can use Facebook though, which I don't have. And there is also the phone. Not much use for that as they would expect a photo. My first and last purchase from Happy Kombucha.

        They got my order wrong (something that seems to have happened to another reviewer). That's fine mistakes happen, but they have been very slow to respond and seem to want to wait until the items are returned before sending out the correct items, making me have to wait even longer, even though it was their mistake. This is not good customer service.
