We had the pleasure of Lukas and his team completing a first floor bedroom extension with en suite, and porch this year (not an easy feat in the middle of a pandemic!!) Their professionalism and workmanship was amazing throughout,and we are really pleased with the outcome. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were able to add additional works to the project as we went along, with everything coming in on budget. We would definitely recommend them for any building project you have, and wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Thanks to all the team!

Absolutely the best building company in the South East . Completely delighted with the whole renovation project which included a dormer, extension and ground works. Lucas has an eye for detail and could spot a fly on the moon ! The whole team are artisans and take pride in their work. There is a wonderful atmosphere of love and support amongst the whole team which leaves your home glowing . Will be coming back to Avante Guarde for our next project for definite. I just hope they dont get too booked up as they are proving to be very popular.

Lukas and his team are respectful and knowledgeable. i've worked with them for a number of years professionally as Spitfire Architecture, where there have delivered outstanding builds for my clients. they have also worked on both my own home and those of family with great results. Honest, reliable and nice to have around !
