Laptop Station - Eastbourne

Very friendly and professional. They tried to help me out but I wanted a backlit laptop and they were all over my budget.

Avoid Avoid Avoid Be very careful with this business they told me my computer needed a new part at 700 I tried to collect my computer from them at an early date but they said I couldnt because it was in pieces. I then Collected the part and had it tested elsewhere as I did not believe them. I could not collect the rest of the computer because it was in pieces I had the part inspected by a third party who found no issues After returning to my home My Dad handed me a letter from laptop station addressed to me telling me my computer had been scrapped on a previous date. This has been extremely distressing to my brother who used this computer and struggles with laptops because he only has one hand It had all our documents on their as well as sensitive financial information upon researching other reviews I found many people had experienced severe problems with this company. I suggest that anybody thinking of repairing their electronics to avoid this company. I am now worried that sensitive financial information will end up in the hand of fraudsters. Im am now left with a working graphics card and no computer even though it was the graphics card that was supposed to be faulty. In light of the response I have been given I would like to warn any of laptop stations would be customers against using their services as they show such utter contempt for their customers. I the customer did not diagnose the computer incorrectly laptop station did. This alone shows incompetence I the customer did not destroy my machine laptop station did. So think to yourself why would use laptop stations services. Laptop station know I work away from home. As this is what I told them when I handed in my pc. so they a just simply using this to their advantage. He did not even send one email, so do not believe him when he talks about communication.

Bought a refurb Chromebook for my wife a week ago. Laptop Station were great to deal with - a fantastic price on a item that I can't see any signs of use. Defo use them again. And would buy a Chromebook if I wasn't a developer.

Purchased a laptop and it arrived within two days, I was kept up to date through every stage of the process and it was delivered with care. The laptop is in a spotless condition and I really appreciate how it has all been cleaned and tested prior to being sent out. There was even a battery report left on the computer showing its capacity at over 95% the original! Great prices and fantastic customer service, would certainly buy again.
