        Second time using David to rescue 2 different computers. Always find him to be honest and accurate with his quotes. Quick turn around; he collected our tower unit on Friday and returned it Monday. It's now fast and no longer takes 10 minutes to boot up or load new pages. Very pleased.

        Bitterly disappointed, especially in the light of the other reviews. Firstly, sent a text which was obviously intended for someone else. Then texted me at 7.30am to cancel a 9am appointment. Said he had an "emergency callout in Brighton". Coming up to lockdown, my problem is also an emergency! Clearly got a better offer/bigger job. Texted "have to reschedule to 9am tomorrow". Not convenient! Had re-arranged other things because I was expecting him. Didn't respond to my last text where I told him it was imperative he didn't let me down again. Found someone else a lot more professional. Would definitely NOT recommend!

        This young man is so good at repairing computers. He is patient tolerant and respectful. Plus he does a very good job. I would recommend him to anybody.
