        Was quoted 25 a hour and received a bill of 75 after i received a bill of 250+ witch they did rectify it quickly and said was for another customer.

        I am just about OK with the basics and once familiar with a program I can usually cope. However, I can also press a button and descend into complete chaos which I am unable to resolve! James came initially to set up a new computer for me with appropriate software. I also wished to set up a new email address which he also helped with. Due to my inadequacies, James had to return a couple of times to sort everything out! I thank him for his invaluable help and also for his infinite patience much needed in my case!
