The most disgusting coffee Ive had. Incompetent, clueless, rude workers at this location. I wanted to give this place a try awhile back because they offer boba. When I went in, I tried to order traditional pearls but the girl rudely told me that dont have that so I left but I decided to give this place a try again for actual coffee since I saw online that they had a raspberry mocha frappe. I asked the girl working today if they could do that and she said no we dont have that but we have a ruby chocolate so I asked if that had coffee and she said no but could make it into a coffee since they dont do raspberry. The boy working with her had to point out the raspberry syrup that was in front of her face. This girl was a ditz. This was already a rocky start so I had a feeling the coffee would be awful and it sure was! I ordered a raspberry mocha frappe and it was the sweetest, most sickly thing Ive tasted. I had to trash it. Too much raspberry and the chocolate tasted off. I shouldve just went to costa or Starbucks. This place hires clueless children to work. Id also like to mention that not a single one of them was behind register when we arrived, just gossiping in a corner and went back into after we ordered. Not a single good thing about this place.

Pretty terrible service and the worse bubble tea Ive ever had Staff were kind of rude and uninformed and they purely mix some sugar syrup with tap water and throw in the bubbles She. I asked where the tea element was they shrugged and said I dont know Never will return and hugely unimpressed It should t be called a bubble tea it should be called a syrup / water with bubbles

Nasty staff, bully me because I'm autistic. Disturbing thing is I rarely visit and hadn't done so for over 3 years.
