You've heard of Bodget and Scarper!!!! Here we have the equivalent in a business. A Business with no balls, size wise! Little by size and very little by brains, company thinking is very out dated, payroll and HR is virtually Victorian. Sales blinded by their own computer screens. Even their clients see these for who they really are, and it's sad because of a signed piece of washroom paper. Empty words, no direction, and a big wet patch underneath the desk.

Truly awful little cleaning company, they used to have me working 7 nights a week on terrible pay, way below the average and when I requested 1 night off, was told it wasn't possible. They're cheap but that's not good given the current cleaning requirements that are vital for every client. I got well shot of when I could and if you're an employee or client, I'd highly advise you to do the same. There are so many good, quality cleaning companies operating in this area that do DBS checks and conduct thorough clinical cleaning at the highest standard, so reach out and don't ever feel that you're stuck with Denma cleaning, who want to be the biggest and best cleaning company in the UK! It's laughable when they can't even pay their staff a fair amount.
