        Sam was excellent! I have used his service twice. One for an ankle injury (torn ligaments) and one on behalf of my mum who suffers from osteoarthritis of the knee. Sam was really knowledgeable of the conditions he was advising on and gave me a lot of confidence that the conditions could improve. I received a set of exercises for each which were customised with advice on how to approach them. I'm so pleased! You want to hold onto a good physio when you come across one, just like you do with a good builder
