I booked by RENAULT Twizy into a RENAULT main dealer to have a service and MOT, the actually physical service to the vehicle was let down by missing service sheets to explain what had been done on the electrical side of the service, the explanation was poorly dealt with by the service agent and to make matters worse my vehicle failed its MOT ( this bit was not your fault) although having the MOT done by a third party is very poor for a main dealer, for this part there is no incentive to use your garage. I could have gone to any MOT station. A second visit was required to rectify MOT faults and even at the end of this the vehicle failed again. Again the service agent was floundering with answers. It was the vehicles fault because it was imported. Yes the vehicle was imported by myself, it was made on the same production line in Spain along with every other Twizy, it had passed its previous MOT on chassis number as it hadn't been registered yet and then passed a DVSA single vehicle inspection which if you research is many times more stringent than a basic MOT test. SO not the imported vehicles fault. And WHY am I having to pay for parts UPFRONT, can't you afford stock? A third MOT took place and again the vehicle failed. All is not lost for your dealership as the service manager Brian explains things in a down to earth way and didn't look down on me in any way. I took the vehicle to another MOT station and it passed. I would suggest that some of your staff do not look down on customers who dress scruffy and drive lesser vehicles. Good customers don't all wear suits My current cars include Audi R8, Porsche 911, Peugeot RCZ R , Suzuki Swift and my toy Twizy, no I don't expect the same service as Porsche and Audi but surely your aim should match the standards of Peugeot and Suzuki Through my dealings with many service agents and managers if I could poach Brian I would

Hassan Parvaneh was a little star - I gave him a hard time but he pushed through and I got a great deal to. Love my Sandero.

Picked up a brand new Dacia Jogger today. The service from start to finish was excellent. We met Mark Allison last year who proved to be very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Was very thorough in showing us the controls etc. Good work.
