Wash exterior and clean interior. Significant areas of interior windscreen not cleaned. Exterior screen dried using wipers leaving all dirt on screen at the end of wiper sweep - two scratches to screen not there when handed over. All offside windows appeared not to have been clean wiped only sprayed - still dirty. Alloy wheel "spokes" only cleaned on top side. Water flowed from roof over screen when driving home dried leaving streaks. SAFETY HAZARD steering wheel rim appeared to have been polished, very slippery to clasp and use. No estimate of cost given, I used card; and when I looked the charge for this very substandard service was 35 ! Could not find a way to complain through Tesco website Will NOT use again!

Great difficulty paying for service. Tried card in their machine at least 7 times. Phoned bank for assistance. Went in nearby shop and used card without problem. Got in car and warning rear door not closed properly. Bodywork not cleaned properly. Still some marks that cold be removed. Will avoid that location in future.

Charged 25 to clean interior and exterior. Exterior was okay but interior was awful. Mats in car boot was left unclean, interior doors are not cleaned properly, very very disappointed. Not recommended.

I've used this "Car Wash" three times: First time it was 3-4 star review, because everything was like said, I had only some problems with quality of washing my car, but I'm a sick person so I moved on. Second time, just a quick wash from outside. I've pleased the manager or somebody who was in charge at this moment to not put any acid or wax on my car as I've already had one and I need just a quick wash and dry from outside. Instead of paying 7 for this service, as it was described I was charged 12 and when I've asked why? I've got an answer that they have put some extra wax on my car for 5. I've asked who asked for that and why did you do that? No answer... Third time when I gave them a chance was few weeks ago. Again, quick wash from outside, nothing spectacular. And again, instead of paying for small vehicle(BMW 120D coupe) I have been charged for the biggest vehicle. When I asked why? Because it is big vehicle. I have no clue on that customer service and I'm very disappointed. I'm not gonna say anything about quality because I don't have enough time to describe, how someone managed to not do a basic thing properly. Be aware if you like your money and even more if you like your car.
