        Debbie was amazing. Ive recently lost my father and also dealing with a POA for another family member. Debbie took all the time needed, was courteous and showed genuine compassion for myself and my mother, as did the rest of the team. Thank you to all at the branch. Youre great. I cannot thank you enough.

        Totally refurbished inside. Very relaxed way to do banking in branch. Comfy chairs and tables with tablets for online banking. Very nice.

        went to the bank to get statement printed by the bank stamped the old woman behind the counter refused for no reason lying through her teeth saying they don't do it. she totally put me off this bank i found out her name was paula
