        Company has gone insolvent but the website is still up and companies house says its still trading. Lost our money on a GRP chimney!

        I tried contacting this company on many occasions via phone and email. I initially emailed them to get a brick match for the extension Im doing on my house where I would need 1500 bricks. I got a reply from the initial email I sent and then no reply there after on 2 occasions asking for an update. I then tried calling and explaining the lack of response to the lady on the phone who said she would pick up my enquiry and get back to me.
