        Rooms: Nice room very quiet,.warm Nearby activities: The pier is few mins walk from hotel, plenty of buses near by,few pubs and restaurants close to the hotel Walkability: It's a ten minute walk from the train station,close to shops and the pier

        Last minute booking booked 2 rooms one twin and 1 large double bed at the very top of the house. the twin room had no hot water and ripped curtains and skid marks in toilet and smelled very damp, The double room smelled very badly of damp even on the pillows and towels. The only plus ws the lady that greeted us was nice. We had to leave early hours of the morning as we had a medical emergency so cannot comment on the breakfast.
