It is an ok place. We stayed here the first night in the UK and did not really know what to expect. After three weeks of B&Bs, I would say it is an OK place. The room was extremely small (we have seen smaller ones, however) and the breakfast was ok (we have eaten worse). The location is an area of town that I find a bit rough, but also directly at the promenade. So it is kind of mixed feelings here. The building itself is also a bit - I would not say run down - but you see its age, not in a positive way. Parking can get annoying, because you have to find a spot on the street. It is possible, but once you find it, dont give it up ;-) The owner is really nice and chatty.
