        The reason i picked By The Sea was of ground floor un-suite room available, as i have a disability. The window facing the back so no traffic noise. Great choice for breakfast and customer service top marks. Only thing is it should be a 4 star and not 3 star. The Pier half mile along the front, and the town centre just passed the pier the turn right then couple hundred yards. Plenty of seating along the front if want to have a long walk.
