Had the pleasure of walking in here today. Straight away, I was welcomed in. The staff were all confident and in particular Luke, who dealt with me, was not only friendly, but had such a level of care and confidence that I knew I made the right choice in coming in. This is the first time I've ever had a haircut here and now I will be coming here for every haircut. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was relaxed, I've had the best haircut I've had in years, and all because I took the chance and went in. I even tipped! 5 stars but only because I can't give more. UPDATE: Returned last month as I needed to look sharp for work and found that whilst Luke is no longer at the barbers, Marco is spectacular and provided stellar service, all whilst being calm, personable, and professional.
