Very hit and miss, one of the young chaps that cuts hair here is very decent, friendly and chatty. However there is another bloke who seems as if he cuts hair as more of a hobby and not actual job, came home a few times with different lengths of hair were it should all be the same length, had to cut them off myself so it wouldn't look weird.

I went there because my usual barber was closed and I desperately needed a haircut before birthday I normally have a high and tight skin fade, precisely because of edge hair sticking out if left too long. I asked, showed a picture and was confident we understood each other, turned out barber finished the trim and is asking me if I want gel on it but it's not what I asked or shown him on picture. He then tells me that he cannot go higher because of the way my hair grows. And this is the key point. Something to take away if you are reading this, kind sir: A responsible thing to do is to say to customer AT POINT OF REQUEST that the request cannot be achieved due to x y or z. Then we would have clarified what I want Instead barber took it upon himself to decide that I shall instead have a lower skin fade... without telling me. that wouldn't be a problem, misunderstandings happen but the attitude and rush I got from him after that, (he spent 20 minutes going fairly slow, then sped up, although it could have also been because his boss arrived from the shops to tackle the growing queue) He behaved as if I asked him to sin when I asked him to go higher and shorter, he could not imagine what I want and felt I am ruining it for myself. I kept telling him that he can go lower in the end I settled for something agreeable. it wasn't exactly what I wanted but will look decent until I can get it sorted.
