The Emerald Bar

The Emerald Bar is one of my favourite places to go, the customer service there is outstanding, Shainey and the staff always go above and beyond to accommodate their customers, its so nice to be able to go somewhere frequently and feel like its our first time visiting where we are greeted and treated with respect every time. There is a good variety of drinks, including cocktails, also live music every weekend and sports showing throughout the day. I highly recommend people on holiday and residents of Eastbourne visit here.

I'll be honest from the outside it looks a little dark and seedy. But it's actually a hidden gem. Very friendly, clean, great bands and the drink prices not bad

Fantastic young lady called shanee who did a great job in a very busy pub and she makes it a pleasure to go there

Bar manager or owner extremely rude to my father, and probably needs a course in customer service, we waited nearly an hour to be served at the bar, on st Patricks day on a plus side the band Rockin Robbins were awesome as were the two other bar servers
