        I used to be a customer of them and when I decided to apply for a mortgage, they were really unhelpful. That was the bank who lended me the less money comparing with others lenders. It's funny as they could see all my savings and a very good balance/statement but the money I could borrow was ridiculous. I ended up applying a mortgage with Nationwide (2 years now) which I am really happy with the deal they did on m and they with me. Of course, I stopped being customer from TSB and joined to Nationwide instead. Staff were friendly and nice with a smile. But for what if they were unwilling to help? I read recently that a lot of branch will be closed including Eastbound due to the lack of use of service in the branch. It doesn't sound strange to me..

        Lovely and helpfull branch. Always going the extra mile and the manager always on hand to help. Such a relief this branch is staying open and can't recommend enough.
