        Had issues with an international payment that wasn't clear via the HSBC app. Popped into the branch and was helped by Monika, what a credit to the business she is! Super friendly very helpful, helped set up a global account that means I won't get charged using it abroad, so saving me money and making my holidays less stressful. Very happy with service. Hooray for humans!

        This branch has been closed for weeks for redevelopment. Opened today and I visited to pay in a cheque. Branch public areas now much reduced and (remember that this is a Bank) NONE of the cash machines worked!!! Unreal.
