First time ever Ive had to suffer an unsatisfactory appointment with Halifax in Eastbourne. Carly took my account details too willingly considering I was then fobbed off by her to do it all online or by a phone call. No offer to make the phone call in branch nor to guide me with which forms to complete online or otherwise. Her, possible, non-communication with a smaller local branch meant I wasnt warned how long an appointment I had. I was made to feel Id delayed her!! I know I can do better if this branch cant.

A special thanks to Ben at the Eastbourne branch. Took the time to go through everything with my mother after my father passed recently. Everyone in branch polite and on the phone. Think these other reviews are spoof as this branch couldnt be more helpful especially Ben. Thank you.
