        Wonderfully friendly staff team in Eastbourne branch. Very professional and knowledgeable. I wasn't able to visit for a few years due their opening limitations during lockdown and my working hours. One of my visits coincided seeing an relative and friend. Im happy that no one seemed to mind a hug as we all have been through such a hard time during the pandemic... Always a pleasure to walk into this branch and I look forward to continue my future business with them.

        Absolute shambles and reminded me of the banks in Venezuela. Went in to deposit some money and joined a queue of 5 people. Gave up after 8 minutes when i was still 6th in line and went down to the Post office instead. More cashiers needed
