        Totally incompetent, cannot even open an ISA. I have a complaint pending since 11th March 2023 when my ISA should have opened. Still not open on 27th April 2023 . Not interested in loyal members of over 45 years. Metro bank do everything while you are there and their customer service is excellent. Absolutely terrible service from Barclays now.

        I wasnt sure how to leave a review after a phone call to a staff from Barclays but he mentioned hes in the Eastbourne branch. I spoke to Gary just now, his service was brilliant. He was so friendly and helped me to the best of his ability. I could really tell he was trying his best and he put in a lot of effort to help me. Thank you Gary!
