daylight robbery. 165 to not have sewage collected...!! Good morning Further to our telephone conversation Friday morning and having seen the picture of the over hanging trees, we are supportive of Shawns decision in not being able to complete the sewage collection. At the time of the booking, you specifically asked for Andy and I informed you that although Andy had attended many times before, I was unable to confirm that the job would definitely be scheduled to Andy but that I would put the request forward which I did. Our Transport Team schedule the jobs geographically so we cannot guarantee the driver, only the size of the vehicle which is required. The vehicle that Shawn was driving is identical to the vehicle that Andy drives and Andy has in fact come to you in that vehicle on a previous occasion so it is probable that Andy couldnt have completed the job either. In any event, we would recommend that the trees are cut down and we can re-attend but this would be at an additional cost of 165. Again, there is no guarantee as to who the driver will be.

Very friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed that a cost based on the emptying of a septic tank was increased due to the apparent additional time required on site. When queried, the response was that the driver had to walk the site to make sure the tanker would not get stuck. A fair comment if they had not serviced the site on at least 6 previous occasions and if the ground was not obviously like concrete from the lack of rain. Service: Hazardous waste removal & disposal
