Very nice place. Good food in the cafe.

I really hate to leave this review especially with all of the good ones. However, my visit to the cafe was not quite like the others described. Not only could we hear the chefs shouting from the kitchen which left me and my autistic daughter feeling very uncomfortable but also the waitress who brought us our food had her hands in my daughters beans which made her refuse to eat it because its very unhygienic. However, the food did taste very good.

This is a lovely garden centre with helpful and knowledgeable staff (and a very sweet resident dog!) We've bought a lot here and have found the value and quality to be excellent. They also have regular offers that have helped us snap up some great bargains. There's plenty of space for moving around in a wheelchair outside, though some of the aisles inside are a bit narrow. The ramps to the outdoor section are a bit steep if you're carrying a lot of heavy things, but are manageable if you have someone strong to help push you. It would be nice if there was more disabled parking, as the disabled bays are almost always completely full when we go to visit, but that is probably our only real complaint.
