I am appalled by the man that has just answered the phone to me I have just had my dog of 15 years put to rest after a short illness I read the comments on the cremation sight and thought how nice we can have are beloved pet looked after by a family business how I was wrong I wanted her to be looked after I made the call It was answered by a male who said hello I asked if it was possible to bring our dog today to be cremated his reply can u come now I was stuck for words I explained I would be coming from Scarborough his reply was ok I wouldnt even give this family the time of day

Amazing people and service cant fault them at all very respectful and didnt mess you around And didnt pressure you about the costing my pet buddy was dealt with in the best service I could of asked for thank you very much

We have no hesitation in giving Chapel Moor 5 stars. We would give them 10 if we could. Absolutely flawless service from start to finish. A lovely family. Thank you so much for your care and compassion during a very difficult time for us.
