What can I say about F&C marine that would give a true insight to the level of Knowledge, service, Support, and advice from this business ??? While looking for a new plotter and after contacting several marine suppliers I came across F&C marine Initially I had contact with one in the North East of England who was far from Helpful and never returned my call with the information requested. However my luck soon changed with contacting F&C . Jodie Was not only helpful showing a sound product knowledge and giving a great customer service 2nd to NONE. After explaining what I required and how useless I am with computers etc. Jolie recommended the Lorenz plotter with Navionics platinum + set up. He not only ordered it for me but had it sent to him to basically set it up for me so I just had to " plug and play" Several weeks later I called him to ask a cheeky question regarding the same system bought by friends who had gone elsewhere instead of taking my advice and using F&C , He was extremely helpful and also offered to help them out. Now I call that being well above and beyond customer service. Would I recommend F&C marine?? HELL YES........ I wouldn't go anywhere else...... Next year I am looking at a new radar. Guess where I will be going for it In fact don't bother guessing it will be F&C marine the ONLY place to go.
