Fortunately I've had the privilege and pleasure of speaking with a friendly man called James. Lately, I've had the complete displeasure with speaking or rather getting snubbed by a female representative of your business. My last call was met with a loud slam of the phone, mid-way conversation. I must add that this is complete and utter lack of etiquette and brings complete discredit to your business. My ears are ringing as a result of that unexpected slamming of the phone. It's evident that some individuals lack training, lack social & commercial interactions or are either self-entitled and overgrown & rude nepotistic self-adorned & disillusioned princesses. If anyone ever has the misfortune of speaking to this female individual, ask for someone more mature and rational to deal with it! Complete shame!

James very kindly donated angle-iron and the welding skills of Mike on the Barge Jondor which is being converted to be a disabled-access-friendly vessel. This welding work will now enable the floor joists and flooring to be laid, then the kitchen-diner and other facilities to be installed. FIVE STAR SERVICE AND WORK...thanks, James!
