        Blocked a carriageway by parking 2 lorries on a bend near the brow of a hill in a 60 zone making it impossible to pass safely. When I told the driver he clearly wasn't bothered that he was causing a potentially deadly problem, 'we'll only be 5 minutes'. No signs, no temporary lights, nothing. He said to take it up with the contractors. I emailed Robinson Contract Services and have had no reply. They are clearly not bothered.
