        TMy favorite Yorkshire Dales pub you are always made very welcome been visiting for last 30yrs and it never dissappoits. The steak pie chips and peasfor 9 today was brillant whoever made the pie wants a gold meal my wife had a ham sarni and a portion of chips and that was equally as good as i wasnt driving i had 2pints of the Theakstones old Peculiar 'from the wood' which was superb i was to drag out of the pub!! The landlord always has good banter esp football and the food service was quick. Good chat with customers and alovely welcoming log fire. A SUPERB PUB.Yet another visit to our favourite pub and it justs get better and better this time we had the hot beef baguette with salad and gravy and portion of chips. It was superb had a great time a good chat with the excellent barmaid and good chat with various locals. Brilliant pub
