        Bought a board bag online from these guys and it was the wrong size as my bird was too wide...As soon as I sent it back, got the right size bag within a week at no extra cost. These guys are awesome!!

        I had an issue with DPD delivering my next day delivery parcel to another address which i cannot access. Boardshop went above and beyond to try and sort my issue out. Many thanks to all.

        Had a bit of faff with the wrong dims/volume being posted on the website (easy mistake), so the board was incorrect size when it arrived. Can't fault the service after that. They let me use it for a trip to see if it would stick, return it when it wasn't correct, and processed the refund the same week. Would 100% use them again and recommend them. Delivery is fast, boards were well packaged and they have a good stock of some chunkier boards that other sites don't carry.
