Pippa and Craig did a great job in the summer catering for a large party of 70. Fantastic barbecue and delicious salads. They combine excellent cooking skills with unflappable efficiency. Highly recommend.

Pizza was good, but covered in sea salt! We ordered 9 pizzas while staying at a nearby campsite, and when we got back from driving to collect them, we discovered all the pizzas had been dusted with a generous scattering of salt, even the ones meant for kids. For instance two of us ordered a Napolitana which has anchovies, capers and black olive, so no salt needed. The extra salt made it nearly inedible, but we were all ravenous, it was raining and we had driven a distance to get them (and it takes about ten minutes just to get out of the campground to the main road) so we put up with it. In short, it seemed like great wood-fired pizza but, but be sure to tell them NO SALT!

We asked Pippa, Craig and their team to cook pizzas for a big lunch party at our house using our outdoor wood fired oven. They cooked about 60 of them. They did a superb job - the pizzas were delicious, they prepared excellent salads and the support team were charming and hard working. It was a wonderful experience having them at our home and numerous guests commented on how delicious the food was. We have tried to book them for another event in August but sadly they are already committed the day we need. We will certainly be asking them to cook for us again.
