I bought a bike off Steve and he was even more helpful after the initial purchase. I have had nothing but praise and appreciation from start to finish with the sales, after sales and out of date warranty work. How he makes money I dont know? He has spent hours and hours on my bike for FREE out of warranty and even hand delivered my bike back to me (4.5 hours away) FANTASTIC SERVICE OUTSTANDING COMPANY AN EVEN BETTER INDIVIDUAL. I personally admire his work ethic and wish more people were even 10% like him.

What can i say, Steve has been an absolute star and pleasure to deal with. I purchased my Surron from him as a birthday present to myself. Steve goes out of his way for his customers and even stayed open late for me more than once so i could come after work for a test ride and to look over the bikes. Thanks again Steve i am loving the bike and will see you again soon for my first service, cheers Nick

Initally great. But aftercare and support with a serious/dangerous issue disappointingly poor (10+ weeks now). Being referred back to a company called Urban Moto (who I didn't buy from). Be very careful with any large high power battery, the danger is real.
