I have been in touch with Jodi at Renato and she has worked really hard in order to find me my dream job, which was offered to me this morning. Jodi has gone above and beyond to deliver outstanding service and should I ever be in a position where I'm looking again, she will be my first port of call.

When I walked into Renato I received a warm and friendly welcome from everyone. As a university student with limited admin experience I found it hard searching for admin roles. I registered with Renato on a Tuesday and by the following Wednesday Jodi had found me a job! Jodi was very positive, helpful and reassuring and I cant thank her and Renato enough.

Unfortunately a very negative experience. I was called by Jodi recently at around 4pm to say she had a temporary role Id be perfect for. She hadnt approached the company recruiting yet but was so sure Id get it the she asked can you start tomorrow? I was also told they paid what I needed and often recruited temps full time. She had placed many temps there and they loved it. Sounds great right? Well I was sold. I was going to be called back that evening once she had spoken to the client. So I waited to hear when I was starting my new job. And nothing...., I followed up the next day and was told the person who recruited was in meetings all day. But I would here from Jodi either way. That was the last contact. What Jodi and other recruiters fail to remember is there is a person in a difficult situation at the end of the phone. They are looking for work so inverably money is tight and worry is high. To call a person in this situation and all but promise a job and then not even have the decency to call back and say you werent right for the role is at best rude, at worst cruel. Its not just a professional courtesy but also sure a matter of human decency. Jodi over promised and delivered nothing. In the meantime I feel very insulted I was treated in this manner. To be asked if I could start the next day and then not here anything is grossly unprofessional. Avoid a company that allows this type of conduct.
