K S Drains

Needed to call Karl out as kitchen drain was blocked outside. He was easy to deal with and sorted the problem very quickly. I was unable to be at the house when he cleared the drain, but he sent me photographs. Everything was left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend his services.

We had a problem with our downstairs toilet,,with water seeping into the garden,,so fearing the worst of digging up the patio and the floor in the loo to seek and solve the problem,, So after a call to KD drains,,Karl came round very promptly and set about putting us at ease,by sending the cctv down the drains,,many root blockages were found and efficiently dealt with,,Karl was polite,professional, efficient in a friendly manner,,,The problem was curtailed,Good advice given as to any future problems that may occur,and solutions to them,, Very pleased with KD Drains would recommend,,, Regards Mandi Russ

Karl was recommended to me by a well-trusted plumber I know. I had a complicated blockage in my house with tenants residing. He attended my property on very short notice, did a thorough investigation of the blockage, reported back what plumbing work was needed, cleared the water backlog and disinfected the area to make it safe for my tenants. Despite being there for at least 2 hours he only charged me for 1. He even sent me a report of what was done and what was needed with photos for my insurance. So reassuring to know decent, honest, tradesmen like this exist. Thanks again Karl, youre a star.

Had a blocked toilet bothering me for a week that I could sort out. Gentleman from KS drains arrived when convenient for me and had it sorted in 20 minutes. Polite, honest and straightforward service!
