Subsequent telephone contact was excellent: the person I dealt with was efficient, helpful, friendly and knowledgable . Explaining all the modifications was easy and the quote I received extremely competitive. Signed up there and then for the next year . The App they supply is excellent: all the relevant documents in one place, instantly accessible and easy to use.
