    DO NOT USE! Absolute rip off. Aggressive and threatening. Quoted 340 then after paying for the part/labour upfront, upon completion of the work he then said the charges were 75 per half hour, reaching a total of 750. He was actually very scary to deal with and started threatening to remove the part if he didn't get paid. Made us feel very uncomfortable and ended up agreeing on a rate of 450. Horrible horrible. Then the next day, water wasn't working so have to get somebody out again. Don't trust this company at all. He is an absolute rip off, and pretty scary at that.

    I found them very difficult to negotiate with on a professional level. They come into your home without formally going through their pricing policy. A tap was loose in the kitchen and the toilet cistern was leaking. According to them the tap needed changing and the toilet was simply inserting a new flexipipe on the outside of the cistern. Job were done no problem. How ever I needed a break down my of costs ie invoice and a plumbers report which I never got. I rang several times asking for them but no reply. All I got from the beginning was a price of 500 with no invoice for three hours work. They were paid with the promise of emailing an invoice and plumbers report. Up to now no paper work. The conclusion being that my insurance will not pay out without a plumbers report. All of this unprofessional behaviour simply because they dont wish to pay the inland revenue. After all an invoice is filled out and then accounted for by an accountant where in which tax is then paid. They are simply all about the money.
