        Don't expect this office to be open at 9AM as stated online. Customers told the people queueing that 10AM was a better bet. When I went a queue formed from 9AM and at 9.20AM, a single employee showed up. 9.30AM if you're lucky they'll finally open.

        I hate how unprofessional this post office is. It is rarely open even in working hours. I have to travel to harper road post office despite Old Kent road being my local.

        Usually one, maximum two persons behind the counter which usually leave people queuing down the road. But the main issue is that they are always deceptive about the charges. They always try to add on charges, get the maximum out of you. Why ? I have no idea. You have to clarify if you want the standard/ basic option. I do not find them to be helpful.
