If you love your dog, don't bring them here. Rude staff, decided to start conflict unprovoked, despite this I still left my dog in their care. BIG MISTAKE. They called me 15min later, saying they had to terminate because my dog was stressed. This is very unusual as in my 7 year old dog has never issues at groomers before, which she loves, and coincidentally a few minutes prior they were trying to initiate an argument. God knows what they did to my poor dog. The store manager was lovely and dealt with the situation accordingly. But I will not be returning to this groom room old Kent road and I advise if you love your dog, you don't either.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen. Abysmal doesnt even begin to cover it. They will close and wont even bother to call to let you know that your appointment is being cancelled. They NEVER pick up phone calls either.

Staff are absolutely lovely and dogs always look nicely shaped as always!

The staff are extremely lovely other than the manager carly who is extremely unprofessional and arrogant and displays very poor customer service!! . I will advise Any one who is thinking of taking their dog to old Kent room groom room to do your homework first as this was a very poor and challenging experience for me .
