I had the pleasure of training with Darron for over 3 years when I wanted to improve my physical fitness and gain a defining tone. Darron tailored each workout to achieve the best results and even when I wanted to give up continued to push and coach me to that last rep. He will definitely be your biggest cheerleader and always have a positive attitude. Never have I met someone more enthusiastic about wanting you to achieve your personal best and always giving you a elbow bump (post Covid) even on the down days. If you have the desire to achieve it then Darron can help you get it. Hands down one of the best there is.

I got to train with Darren last year (just before the pandemic and sadly leaving london), he was incredibly professional and detailed in his approach, making sure that your programme is tailored to you goals and physical abilities. I learned a great amount during our sessions, not just on exercises, but on flexibility, conditioning and recovery. Highly recommended for anyone, ranging from beginners to high level athletes.

I've trained with Darron for nearly two years and he is an excellent PT! Incredibly knowledgeable, motivating and would keep me on track both for exercise and diet. I recovered from a foot operation not long before I started training with Darron and he was able to adapt the workouts around my limitations and also help me achieve better outcomes over the long run as I regained flexibility and strength in my foot / leg. I'm now really happy with my fitness & health and would definitely recommend him to others
