I cant relate to any of the reviews Im reading below, this is the second time I am visiting my grandmother in London with my new born son, my grandmother is suffering from cancer and can barely lift her arms, for the last week two Metro home care ladies have been coming and going with a friendly hello and shortly two minutes later a friendly goodbye. When speaking to my grandmother about it she says that at least the two ladies that are coming are friendly and do simple things like make her a bowl of cornflakes and help with cloth to clean her face. Apparently Metro care has sent a couple of ladies over to my grandmother with worthless service and rudeness. My grandmother further tells me that when shes phoned metro care multiple times, recently three weeks ago asking to speak to a manger or some one in charge and was told time and time again that they would phone back, we are still waiting for a phone call! I took upon myself to read the Metro home care report that I see the care ladies writing in, here I discover even today that the care lady has helped out hugely and has done things that in-fact I did, such as cleaning and cooking, and her time here instead of two minutes was 35 minutes! Im deeply disturb by this service and hope that people who are experiencing similar problems will speak up! Whilst writing this review the same two minute care giver has arrived 3 hours late. Fortunately I was here to help my grandmother.

Disgusting customer service. Unprofessional and clearly do not care about their patients. Absolutely shocked by this behaviour. It is unacceptable!

Neglectful, dishonest, lazy, poor communication not caring. Managers and carers are useless. No idea how to feed a decent meal, feed bread & gone off food, can't communicate, misleading notes, loss of medication. Wouldn't let them look after a hamster let alone a loved one.
