        Thank again to Ibrchim and Kamil . My washing machine and stove broke down at the same time last week, due to a business trip can only be guaranteed. By the time I came back, the washing machine had been replaced with a brand new one. Thanks again for the help of the staff.

        Sokol is definitely the expert for building maintenance, I thought the toilet issue gonna take a whole day, remove the wall etc. however, I just reported in midnight, then Sokol came in the morning, this gentleman is very efficient, polite and professional, fixed the problem within one hour, saved my day.
